Thank you Senator Vivienne Poy, who was instrumental in the designation of May as Asian Heritage Month in Canada eleven years ago! Throughout the month of May 2013, there is a variety of fantastic programs celebrating Pan Asian cultures all over Toronto.
I am honoured to once again, lead this exciting FREE hands-on presentation/demonstration on Saturday May 18th, 2013 from 11am-Noon at the Lillian H Smith Library in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
This workshop will centre around preparing for the popular Chinese food festival that will take place on June 12th, 2013 - the Dragon Boat Festival - complete with yummy sticky rice dumplings.
