Three Sticky Rice Dumplings  - what's inside? Find out!

Thank you Senator Vivienne Poy, who was instrumental in the designation of May as Asian Heritage Month in Canada eleven years ago! Throughout the month of May 2013, there is a variety of fantastic programs celebrating Pan Asian cultures all over Toronto.

I am honoured to once again,  lead this exciting FREE hands-on presentation/demonstration on Saturday May 18th, 2013 from 11am-Noon at the Lillian H Smith Library in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Lucky participants will unravel and taste the sticky rice dumplings, pre-made by yours truly, at the end of this event. Participants will also have a chance to make a little one to take home!
Wondering what kind of rice is used?

This workshop will centre around preparing for the popular Chinese food festival that will take place on June 12th, 2013 - the Dragon Boat Festival - complete with yummy sticky rice dumplings.

Delicious filling of tangy mung bean!
